Louise Houlby

 

 

Louise Houlby has obtained a M.Sc. in Integrated Food Studies from Aalborg University in Copenhagen, Denmark, where her studies primarily has been focused on choice architecture and nudging used in health promotion as well as the effectiveness of National health recommendations. Her research interests lies within behavioural nutrition and consumer sciences.
